TRANSIT, HANDLING, AND ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Transit Time:
- United Kingdom (UK): 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday)
- United States (US): 4 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday)
Handling Time: We strive to process and package your order within: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for timely dispatch.
Delivery Time: Including handling, the overall timeframe for delivery ranges as follows:
- United Kingdom (UK): 3 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday)
- United States (US): 5 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday)
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT/BST) will be processed on the next business day to maintain efficiency and scheduling accuracy.
DELIVERY TERMS:

Shipping Costs
Our shipping structure is simple and free. We do not charge any type of tax. The prices on the checkout is Final price which the customer has to pay.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. Please confirm your shipping details before submitting your order.
If you discover an error before shipment, contact us immediately at contact@ezanora.com. We will try our best to correct the address before dispatch.
After dispatch, we cannot make changes or take responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information submitted during checkout.
ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM:
All orders include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package in real time.
You will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your package is shipped. Use this information to stay updated on the delivery status and expected arrival.
WRONG ADDRESS:
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:
- You will need to cover the cost of reshipping to the corrected address.
To prevent this, double-check all address fields during checkout, including zip code and apartment number if applicable.
CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. To request cancellation, contact@ezanora.com and our team will assist you promptly.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy for further support and return options.
PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
If you receive a visibly damaged package or it appears tampered with:
- At delivery: If possible, refuse the parcel and notify us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or return.
- After delivery: If the damaged parcel was left at your address, take clear photos of the damage and contact us right away at contact@ezanora.com.
Note: We cannot accept responsibility for delayed damage reports. Prompt reporting ensures a quicker resolution.
TAX AND IMPORT DUTIES POLICY:
We do not add any taxes at checkout. Transparency on all taxes and duties is as follows:
- United Kingdom (UK) Customers: All displayed prices ARE INCLUSIVE of UK VAT. The customer will NOT be charged any additional taxes or duties upon delivery.
- United States (US) Customers: All displayed prices ARE INCLUSIVE of US VAT. The customer will NOT be charged any additional taxes or duties upon delivery.
